You look tired, mama.

Take a deep breath, mama.

Take a seat, raise your feet,

Just relax, mama.

Everything is okay.

The babies are safe,

The home is warm,

And bellies are full, mama.

And you’re not alone here.

We all have similar fears,

We are tigers, we are lions

We are bears, mama.

Let's stand strong, mama.

Hold my hand, mama.

You’re not alone, mama.

I’m here for you, mama.

You can lean on me,

Cry on me,

Just let it free, mama.

You are strong, mama

You burn bright in the light,

Like a beacon, mama.

So, let's take a minute, mama.

Take a break, mama.

Just relax,

Let it go,

It's your time, mama.

The babies are asleep,

The house is clean,

And the day is over, mama.

Take a minute, mama.

You earned it, mama.
