“Be like a tree.
Stay grounded,
keep growing,
and know when to let go”
We can learn
some very valuable lessons
from Mother Nature and
'trees’ are just as valuable as ‘teaching aids’.
A tree
will put its roots down
and nothing can move it.
We need our values and beliefs
to be just as grounded.
Then we’ll be able
to 'weather any storm’
and
face any challenge.
Trees continue to
grow and adapt to their surroundings.
We need to do the same.
To be continuously
learning and adapting
to life around us.
Just like a tree blossoms in the summer,
so can we be happy and flourish in this life.
Like trees shed their dead leaves in the autumn,
so do we need to let go of things
that no longer ‘help’ us but which can, in fact, hinder us.
A tree will stand tall
during all of the seasons.
So must we be rooted deeply in our lives
and unmovable in our values and beliefs.

Love this mindset! After all, the biggest and strongest tree started out as a fragile seedling at one point!
