surreal poetry
Surrealist poetry embodies the essence of poetry itself, drawing upon shocking imagery and lyrical incongruities to comment on the inner-workings of the mind.
A Quote?
An ironic misfortune has come across me: a quote from a writer that has got me thinking far beyond the depths of any other quote I have stumbled upon. It is a misfortune because society hasn't positively looked upon quotes said by teens. As a result I shant reveal it on a large scale until my youth has long faded.

A Kaleidoscope View
Iridescence I've awoken from the slumber Emerged at full brightness From what once was eternal I can now see the world for all its might where once was grey Is now full of light Lessons were learned within those times I never realised one life, Could such a ripple effect As an action releases a chain reaction As fingerprints embedded Can never be forgotten

Eye to Eye
When I look in your eyes I see your soul your heart your personality eye to eye. The feeling of love when I look is amazing I see someone who cares about other people. Eye to Eye. The feeling when I look through your eyes I see sadness the feeling of watching waterfalls dropping down your cheek is heartbreaking. The feeling of when I look through your eyes is anger making you want to kill yourself and get drunk while driving. The feeling when I look through your eyes is confusion cause when you don't know if that person likes you when he/her is sending mixed signals. All feeling through your eyes I can see is normal through all people in this entire earth. Nobody's different just special.
