I Simply Just Fake It...
Anyone who has worked in a service job, where you have continuous contact with people of all walks-of-life, knows the amount of patience and tolerance it takes in order to interact with so many DIFFERENT types of individuals. Even more so, performing that job with tact and personability, and refraining from, how shall I say, ‘Losing your cool’; these things take skill, talent, and a certain degree of cleverness.
