Silence Is Golden
This Poem about silence is golden my dad’s favourite song. His way of telling me he knew my pain even though the mental cruelty of my abusive marriage I tried to keep from him. Some how he knew what I was going through yet no family members told him. I wanted it that way because I couldn’t stand the thought of my dad knowing and if he said anything him getting hurt too. I loved my dad too much. I also know my brother if dad had told him what I was going through. Would have killed my ex husband at the time.
