nature poetry
An ode to Mother Nature; poems that take their inspiration from the great outdoors.
belonging
i gaze around myself. sun pouring through the bodies of leaves and the insects who fly: something of a miracle. and as i stare at the pathways of their flight, the canopies of the trees begin to sway quietly in their giant presence. i feel this body grow deep and breath fill my belly. i have awaited these moments in time where the place inside of my bones knows belonging. and now she remains; these hands inside earth bring me near to where all that has tightened within, may unravel and grow as roots beneath me. grounded and reaching together as the body of life. everything just as it is, for a moment: within one another.

My Sweet Escape
Sometimes when life gets stressful my mind drifts off into magickal places. These places could be as simple as a road trip with someone I love or even camping. However, there is one magickal place that I think about often. Words can not describe how beautiful it is but I can try my best to paint a picture for you.
