Amidst the chaos of the modern world, A journey into nature's healing power awaits. With eyes open to the beauty around, And senses attuned to the song of the wind, Where flowers bloom and birds sing, A stillness takes hold, The trees sway in the breeze, And the sun bathes the earth in golden light. A world of possibilities unfolds. The sun's rays dance on the leaves, And the shadows play in the grass. A butterfly flutters by, And a gentle rain begins to fall

I'm upset with myself for slipping because I realised I was doing it. By the time I had transitioned from my impulsiveness to a more conscious mental State Regarding my decisions and actions, I had already fallen into a pattern that I believed to be far gone.
