Cinquain
Cheddar Cheese And Strawberry Jam
Introduction At first, I was going to do this as a sonnet, but then thought I would try it as a visual butterfly cinquain and try and make the visual representation look like a sandwich. When I tell people how much I love this they think I am a nutter, but they convert when they actually try it.

Fingers to the Lips
Everyone has been involved in situations in which deciding whether to speak up or keep silent is difficult. Saying what you must is a challenge when there are alterations between a mother and a sibling, between a boss and a coworker, and even between oneself and someone else.

The Silent Resilience
The Silent Resilience I often talk about the resilience and strength that lies within us to be the best version of ourselves everyday. The growth that envisions the dreams we embody, and the manifestations we yearn for to come true. All of them are reflections of how the world within us forges itself, whether we are at peace with ourselves or our existence belies in the chaos of being alive.
