Swimming with the Dolphins

A Haikuplet on Empathy

This is an addition to a Haikuplet chain for Kenny Penn's Haikuplet challenge. There's still time to participate in it, so join in the fun here!

Doves bring peace, and dolphins embrace empathy.

The ability of these animals to empathize is uncanny - and none does it better than a dolphin.

With its engaging smile and friendly nature, it tunes in to emotions and steps into another dolphin's (well, or person's) shoes. And they often perform altruistic actions like assisting others.

With echolocation, it listens actively for other dolphins, clicking as if asking them questions about themselves.

Its ability to step into the shoes (ok, or fins) of its fellow dolphins sometimes surpasses a human's.

So enjoy swimming with the dolphins ... and this Haikuplet.
