This is my forty-fifth dark poem in the series inspired by Dharrsheena.
I'll go again with the villanelle form for this one (I did for forty-four)
This developed into an ecologically themed poem so the music I have chosen is "Beds Are Burning" by Midnight Oil from the album "Diesel and Dust". We need politicians like Peter Garrett

One Day There'll Be No Air To Breathe
And Then We All Will Suffocate

WARNING. I will be tapping into one of your favorite creative tensions: The absurdity of humans worshipping their glowing rectangles as if they were tiny oracles. Thereβs something deliciously poetic about that contradiction, and it lends itself beautifully to an instructive proviso.
