Stuffy Nose

A Poem

By Desirae AnayaPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Being sick with a stuffy nose knows no bounds

When your head feels like its stuffed like a turkey it astounds

Asking a doctor, "what could possibly be blocking airflow and smell?"

For which he will respond with, "The nose knows not, and certainly won't tell."

Being an adult means there is no one around to take care as a stuffy nose will soon make its rounds.

About the Creator

Desirae Anaya

What gives the soul direction? What makes the eyes grow wider and the breath escape the lungs? Stories. Stories and storytellers. I see the story that is buried deep within the crevices of stone. It is my duty to expose that story.
