The world is moving so fast

But I’m not going no where

You’re running away from me

But I’m just stuck here watching

It’s like I’m glued to this one spot

I can not move a muscle

I want to scream for you

But none of the right words come out

In my head I’m screaming your name

Why can’t you hear me calling

The memories replay themselves

In all of which we’re smiling

How then please explain to me

Do I feel just like I’m dying

After all the obstacles overcome

Why can’t we jump one more

Why am I stuck in this one spot

Unable to go forward or back

Feels like I’m stuck in neutral

heartbreak
