Strangled Souls

A nonet poem

By Samantha SmithPublished about a year ago 1 min read

things torn away never quite part,

remnants lost and others gained,

an uneven exchange,

sold hearts returned,

lessons learned,

souls tangled

strangled

one.

heartbreak
