Meteorology of the Senses

The scent of rain – an adequate forecast.

The autumn chill spreads goosebumps on bare arms.

Looming clouds forewarn the calm will not last,

As sirens wail, “Relief!” to drought-plagued farms.

Ozone-tinged air dances on my tongue.

The prelude to a Texas thunderstorm will definitely engage all of your senses!
