You tell me to "sit still"
but I'm lost now
off the ground running
swimming in a river of sound
exploding with sensation
pouring from my pores
a song blaring in each ear
and clamoring in my mind
color bouncing off
the mirrored Dyson sphere
I seem to have been trapped inside
building speed
I race a circular path
instantly stopping at the apex
plummeting
as my centripetal force wanes
finally breaking through
diving into the starry void
floating free and slowly pirouetting
imperceptibly moving towards my goal
yet always frozen
posed and glorious
power locked
until I reach the warmth
of the beating heart
inside the music score
every pumping revivifying beat
now spontaneously controlling
hands, head, and feet
wildly firing synapse
vitalizing sound and movement
until the maddening storm passes
