Just breathe….

in through your nose hold for 4,

Searching, rooting, grounding, but my branches still soar,

High above me, reaching for light,

Forgetting the truth held deep out of site,

Tapping…tapping, forehead, eyes, chin,

Desperately seeking my soul from within,

The one who knows without even trying,

Connected to spirit, nature and life after dying,

Like leaves returning back to the earth,

My soul and my body, are renewed in rebirth,

The crystalline light that burns in my veins, promises growth and protection from pain,

How leaves soak up light and convert it to food,

My heart converts the song of my soul, and balances my mood,

Just breathe, hold it for 4

Searching, rooting, grounded once more
