Sometimes

A poem on Motherhood

By Mumma BloomPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Sometimes,

Sometimes you are a little angel,

Sometimes you drive me crazy,

Sometimes I wish you had a bell,

Sometimes I want us to bake cake, so tasty.

Sometimes I am all you ever need,

Sometimes you shout and scream at me,

Sometimes I can’t believe you were a seed,

Sometimes I just want a hot cup of tea.

Sometimes I want a solo trip to the loo,

Sometimes I want a solo bubble bath,

Sometimes I’ll settle for five quiet minutes,

Sometimes I just want to avoid a war path.

Always I will love you whatever,

Sometimes never comes into that.
