Snow Globe

A 'fluffy' little poem for you

Fast

Fat

Falling

Lazy

Clean

Fluffy

Fractals

Infinite repetition

Each one unique.

None like the others

Not at all.

Slow

Heavy

Cold

Mounting

Piling

Beautifying

-0-

All around sparkle lights of red and green

Running up to nestle snug and cozy in the gable

Of the tiny, frosted huts

The cutest collection I've ever seen

Piling high, shining against the darkened sky

Crystaline white

Prestine.

Eyes wander

Scents assault

And in the air

There's something there

A whisper and a shout

A sense that leaves no doubt

As the snow continues falling

Through the branches of a massive tree

The snow it lands on you my darling

As you smile up at me

Soon it will be Christmas time

And up on the ladder I'll then climb

To hang the mistletoe and steal a kiss

In the dark December bliss

But for now we remain

Standing in a picture frame

Hand in hand and heart in heart

Never to be torn apart

As first snow around us falls

As the Christmas bells begin to call.

All around us sparkle lights of red and green

You are the most beautiful that I have seen.

Hey, Merry Christmas in February! I feel the snowfall light and enclosed enchantment that had a lot of trouble coming. Almost no snow. Congrats on your win!

Yee ol' romantic you, Mr McEvoy. This is beautiful, but doesn't feel Hallmark beautiful, forced and strained. This feels real and is just making me ache from smiling! Well done, sir! Makes a stark contrast to my dark-as-shit poems for this challenge lol!
