Searching for passion in stagnant waters
A siren calling for me with the voice of an angel
Could this be what I have been aimlessly wandering around for
With no hesitation in my thoughts, I speak its name
Uttering such beauty tastes divine as it spills from my mouth
I am struck by silence.

Begal
Taking bites of a bagel. The seeds fall onto the plate all facing different directions. Some get on the table and the placemat. Playing in the background is white noise to help fill the silence. It's 5:00am. Getting everything together for this day. I'm supposed to take a trip to D— which is such an underwhelming drive. No scenic views, nothing to stop at and enjoy, only roads.
