I like your work, I leave my praise,
Hoping for a little engagement in return,
But some just take and walk away,
Ignoring all the love I yearn.
I share my thoughts, I cheer you on,
Yet find some silence where I belong.
Just a comment, a small reply,
Would mean so much, oh my, oh my.
It's simple, really, just a touch,
A little support can mean so much.
So try a like, a simple comment in return,
As we grow too, like, and comment
growing all as we all yearn

Sometimes other writers want to give back the love but they are busy with their muse and ideas and they are afraid that reading other works may interfere with their creative energy. I get distracted all the time by regular living and staying focused is very hard. We all love feedback and at another writing site I used to get so upset that I'd get maybe one comment out of 1000 views. I was like "How is that possible?" But you can't let the feedback (more/less or positive/negative) worry you or distract you in your writing desires. Just do what you want and let the feedback come or not.
