Shores too Vast
The story of self isolation
By Lillith.PoetryPublished 4 months ago • Updated 4 months ago • 1 min read

All this time and you thought you were healing.
But your feet are stead fast in the sand,
On an island of no feeling.
I am not in the position to tell you if that is wrong or bad.
I watch in my own isolation.
I can only tell you the journey is deceiving.
Because what felt like healing,
Was just soured grieving.
About the Creator
Lillith.Poetry
My writing, my poetry, it’s chaotic. But it’s the chaos in thoughts, words, and the scribbled letters in torn journals that brings me tranquility.
I’m just a poet who is obsessed with words that mean more than what they read to be.
