I’m all alone

I’ll never find anyone like you

What am i going to do without you ?

I’ll never love again

We need to deconstruct those sentences after a separation

We should take that as an opportunity and not a failure

If the relationship ended it’s because it wasn’t meant to be

Those sentences above are very self- destructive and are no good for the mind

We need to change our mindset

We need to remove those from our mind and replacing them with empowering motivational speech

Everything start from inside yourself

You need to love yourself first before loving anyone else

You need to learn and you need to find what’s is your goal

From the break up what are your goals ?

It’s a next chapter in your life not the end of your book

I could of been depressed but i decided to be resilient

And to see the positivity in that situation

Yes i’m alone for now but so much happy and strong i’ve ever been
