Will this world be blown apart by nukular war.

Will we survive

Will this world be blown apart by nukular war

The fire sleeps,

hidden in steel,

waiting in silence,

waiting in fear.

One wrong word,

one wrong move,

a finger falls,

and the sky breaks.

Children laugh,

streets are calm,

yet shadows stretch,

above their heads.

We build destruction,

we call it strength,

but is strength measured

by ruin alone.

The soil still remembers,

ashes still whisper,

rivers still carry

what war has left.

How much is enough,

how many graves,

before the hunger

for power ends.

The world is fragile,

a breath, a spark,

it can be shattered

in one dark hour.

So will we learn,

will mercy rise,

or will the fire

consume us whole.

The earth is waiting,

the sky still holds,

the choice is ours,

before it folds.

History cries out,

voices are warning,

we walk to the edge,

or we turn back now.

God save us all please 🙏

For God is the answer to these ideas you have presented in this sad and depressing poem. Good job.
