"The cream rises to the top!"

Thus sayeth the corpo-RAT bastard.

He glows and he beams

And to us he seems

To have earned his status through merit

But dropped turds will make a plop

And if you listen very hard

As he rants and screams

At his sales teams

You'll hear the splat-splat of bullshit

Scum's all that rises to the top

And each rich douche carries a card

--Never was any cream!

They can't be redeemed

And billionaires should not exist

Author's note:

The cream rising to the top is a pretty dishonest expression. Maybe it works for really small-scale groups, but the larger the group the more likely that merit will eventually lose to moral bankruptcy.

It's all about who a big enough scum bag to maneuver people like game pieces and manipulate lives to their own favor.

The people at the top of corporations should never be idolized. They aren't likely to be good people, regardless of what their PR teams say. And if they're billionaires, they're double damned. That level of excess and narcissism is something good people should condemn and deplore.

This was brill Sam. As soon as I saw the word corpo-rat, I knew I was going to love it. Feel like this is incredibly relevant right now.
