Scream It Out

Calm the mind and ease the stress scream

Scream It Out

When the day has crushed you,

left you small,

When the weight of the world

feels like it might fall—

And tomorrow’s skies

are painted grey,

Heavy with storms,

no break in the fray.

Open your mouth,

let it break,

A sound that trembles,

a world-shaking quake.

Scream it loud,

shatter the air,

Let your voice declare

you’re still there.

Let it echo,

let it rise,

A crack of lightning

in darkened skies.

For in the scream,

your truth is found,

Your pain, your strength,

a furious sound.

It’s not weakness,

it’s release,

It’s how we find

our fragile peace.

When silence strangles

and hope runs thin,

Screaming out

is where we begin.

So let it flow,

don’t hold it in,

From deep inside—

let healing begin.

Through the noise,

your power is loud.

Scream it out,

and stand unbowed.
