Photo: mine
Standing
Below water
As it flows
Deceive my tears
Cascading curtain
Do not tell them
They fall
Mouth wide
Heart breaking
Screaming silently
Just an animal
Injured prey
This family looks to me
For strength
Warmth, care
There’s no time
In the schedule
For lamentation
I would like to
Give my grief
To a waterfall
Exchange sadness
For wafting ions
Fleeting deer flicker
Under dappled light
Weaving softness
Through green saplings
Let me run
Until it doesn’t
Hurt to breathe
I’m so tired of
Trying to describe
The shape of
Jagged holes
Inside my chest

Sublime. I loved especially "I would like to Give my grief To a waterfall Exchange sadness For wafting ions" And "I’m so tired of Trying to describe The shape of Jagged holes Inside my chest" Felt those hardest. Hugs and love to you lass.

Well-wrought and what a great pic! The water is free to fall... those of us who must navigate its currents, however--not so much!
Oh no, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way 🥺 Do you wanna talk about it? Is there anything that I can do for you? Sending you lots of love and hugs 🥺❤️
Amazing photo, fill those holes with things you love.
