Silent, dark and intense…the grenache wallows on my tongue, savoured and revered before the final consumption.
The light plays games with what is seen in the glass that acts like a prism – reflecting and distorting the ruby like gem liquefied and scented like a Spanish summer, bold, ripe and dangerous.
Like the blood that flows through all our veins, varying shades of red, purple, pomegranate and deep crimson, connect us as one. Kanpai, skål, cheers, salud!!!
Unified by the colour of our blood, we share this communion together; polymorphism, Antigens and other secrets, to our eyes, are seen under the science of medicine and the diversity within is discovered.
To me your unique, sweetness and fecundity was revealed at first taste…
