Wrapped in a white picket fence

And to be honest, it’s hard to tell them apart

I see the life that we’ll build
A beautiful ocean view on a sand-coated hill

I see us as the perfect couple
Performing the trapeze of a power struggle

I see everyone envying us
Distance can’t differentiate between trust and lust

I see a superficial life fit for a fool
I can see it in your lies. Can you?
