Rome's Own
Because I Say

Minds knowing synchronistic
Harps of ages
Like sages fly
To one lifetime passed lived three
Swiftest kiss on bended knee
And Virgil tending monumental trees
Knowledge is strength
Many rings show time
To announce the passing overhead
Of mighty armor
For the tree of life when in full flower
Will surely touch the hour of birth
Like the flowering of youth reaching
To the uppermost branches
To return the fruits of the almighty
Skies that bring forth a greater song
Will hold nature's grasp
So no delinquent asp would
Then uppermost fair in truth
One kingdom under Heaven
To share the flight of flower
Fortunes far from missing
Further not eyes shut with staff
Blessing is thy pose
