Rock Bottom
In a world of the unknown, I scoured for a place to build a home…
Although I hit rock bottom
I held my head high
I managed to smile but still cried…
I felt lost in a world of Jurrasic,
With Strange Creatures, that wouldn't die…
Up & Out of that hole 🕳️,
I crawled because I had Life…
I struggled with giving up the Dream
Of you and I…
Lonely and Scared
I vowed,
I will Survive!
Although the enemy
Portrayed to be a friend,
I shared my Love
Greatly from within…
Sudden spells began,
Hauling me into the Dark
But still, I made it to the Light…
Desolate Feelings &
Cold withered
Hearts Cry at Night…
For a moment I thought to myself: “ This Can't be my life.”
I slept next to a Demon, while Angels whispered in my ear…
Letting me know that My Blessings were near…
I don't remember your face, but I recollect that place.
With my last bit of Hope, I implored the Lord to take me from the Waste,
I didn't desire to Race…
I may have been at the Bottom
But Still, I Smiled
Because I Had Too…
I Ought To…
I Must Smile 😊,
Because With Every Smile Comes Hope 🙏
