Rhapsody of a Writer
A celebration of self-expression, where flaws are cherished as part of the art.

Every time I pick up my quill,
A blank canvas allures me to test my skill.
From sheer white silence to colours vivid,
The canvas testifies — I’m far from timid.
I revel in how the ink takes flight,
Spilling my thoughts in black and white.
My soul ignites in rhapsody’s flame,
Wondering — will this earn art’s name?
I dance in joy with flaws I own,
For even imperfection can brightly be shown.
With heart and soul poured in every clause,
Undoubtedly, that alone deserves applause.
About the Creator
Qudsee
I write poetry that cuts through the noise. My words aren't wrapped in complexity; they are meant to be felt, understood, and remembered.
When I'm not lost in poetry, I pen short essays on the everyday truths of life.
