Regurgitate
-Stan & Wendy from South Park (Stan’s perspective)
once, every single word you said was like the silkiest, finest dark chocolate, coloring my thoughts with peppered bits of something hot and hopeful
I regurgitate my lonely mouth feeling now, the only time I let myself remember is when I go out of the memory like skipping part of a song
Somewhere it hangs over in the air
It drips like poison from a dragon that was born out of a fountain of sunshine
I regurgitated it
My heart is heaving, dripping the first bites of trouble
Can I fight the dragon that has fallen between us?
Is the dragon sent by you to keep me away?
All these sweet songs don’t make me cry, no
More than that, it’s like my whole body has rejected it’s notes and it’s saccharine smells
Too much sugar
Not right now
Regurgitating this nonsense
I’m sure it’ll stay gone.
Just
Like
You.

This one stung... This is my biggest fear... I'm always worried THIS is around the corner.
Ughhh poet, you write so unfiltered, gritty, yet refined in its own way
