Red Roses for My Garden
Red roses bloom, a vibrant display,
In my garden where memories gently sway.
Each petal unfurls like the whispers of past,
Reminding me tenderly of loves that could last.
In the golden glow of the morning's embrace,
I recall the sweet laughter, the warmth in his face.
Those moments we danced in the soft summer air,
With promises woven, a future to share.
The fragrance, a memory that stirs in the breeze,
Of evenings spent dreaming beneath swaying trees.
The passion, the joy, the longing so deep,
In the silence of night, the secrets we’d keep.
Yet time has a way of unraveling threads,
And the heart carries scars of the paths that it treads.
But still in this garden, where red roses grow,
I cherish their beauty, their grace, and their glow.
For love was a season, a fleeting delight,
That painted my world in vibrant colors so bright.
Now I tend to these blooms, as I nurture my heart,
In hopes that a new love may make a fresh start.
So here among roses, with memories entwined,
I honor the love that once blossomed, so kind.
With petals like whispers, their beauty a plea,
That love, in all forms, is what sets the heart free.
