In the cavern where shadows seep,
I felt the sting of promises cheap,
Beneath the weight of their cruel jest,
My spirit bore an endless test.
Hands that grasped with velvet lies,
Turned harsh and cold beneath the guise,
Of trust that bled into deceit,
Where love was worn on jagged feet.
Their voices twisted, sharp and true,
Left scars that marked a somber hue,
Yet in the quiet, deep and raw,
A glimmer rose to heal the flaw.
With every wound that carved the night,
A spark ignited fierce and bright,
No longer bound by chains of pain,
I rise, renewed, from shattered stain.
My power, taken, now reclaimed,
In strength, my heart’s resolve unchained,
For in the ashes of the past,
I forge a future, strong and vast.
