Recipe For Chicken 65

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken pieces, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Curry leaves for garnishing
  • Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cornflour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix well until the chicken is coated evenly with the spices. Set it aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan in batches and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain the fried chicken pieces on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • In another pan, add a little oil and heat it over medium-high heat. Add some curry leaves and sauté them for a few seconds.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss them well with the curry leaves for a minute or two.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
  • Garnish with some more curry leaves and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
