Reality is a Perception

With an open mind can you now see that reality isn’t as it seems but rather how it is notionally perceived?

Reality is a perception.

"How can you make such an assumption?"

You see, everything isn’t as it seems.

"What do you mean?"

Do you see things as they actually exist?

"Doesn’t everyone?"

Potentially some but I’m not one.

"Then what do you believe?"

That reality is notionally perceived.

"Now I’m intrigued."

One’s internal dialog contains many factors.

"Which shape their character?"

These influence what one believes and how one thinks.

"Interesting."

Are your thoughts and beliefs the same as others?

"Now that I think about it, not entirely."

Reality is to see things as they exist but how is this possible if everyone’s thoughts and beliefs are individual?

"I can see how this is admissible."

With an open mind can you now see that reality isn’t as it seems but rather how it is notionally perceived?

As a girl, I escaped “reality” by immersing myself into fictional books. As a teen, “reality” caught up and I questioned everything. As a young adult, the true meaning of “reality” became apparent ✨
