Rain poem

Dancing Raindrops

By Anoop PPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Dancing Raindrops

When the sky is gray and dull,

And the clouds are thick and full,

Get ready, kids, for a wondrous sight,

It's time for rain to take its flight!

With a pitter-patter, it begins to fall,

Raindrops bouncing, one and all,

They tap-dance on the window panes,

Creating music, a joyful refrain.

The earth gets thirsty, it's in need,

For the rain to nurture every seed,

It waters flowers, trees, and plants,

Filling puddles for playful chants.

Put on your raincoats, grab an umbrella,

Let's go outside, there's no need to fella,

Jump in puddles, make a splash,

Feel the raindrops gently splash.

The rain brings life to all it meets,

From tiny worms to buzzing bees,

It washes away the dust and grime,

Leaving the world fresh and prime.

Listen to the rain's soothing sound,

As it falls gently to the ground,

Close your eyes and let it embrace,

The calmness that it brings in its grace.

So, let's rejoice when raindrops fall,

Nature's symphony, for one and all,

With each drop, a story unfolds,

A gift from the sky, to cherish and hold.

Next time it rains, remember this tale,

Of dancing raindrops, without fail,

And let your heart be filled with glee,

For rain is nature's melody!
