Procrastination
Is a big distraction
It's very little action
Barely any reaction
A lack of dedication
Perhaps some reservation
With a sprinkle of preservation
Can't get to the destination
Without determination
Perhaps with some reflection
I can achieve perfection
But I need acclimation
A process of elimination
To get some satisfaction
For a story of fiction
Or even nonfiction
Maybe science fiction
A work of invention
But I need the right intention
Or maybe motivation
Either way, procrastination
Must be burned into cremation
In order to create claymation
Create animation
Get to the resolution
Clean the pollution
Yet still I procrastinate ...
... disorganized thoughts ...
... can't get to the point ...
... where to end this poem ...
