Pretty Feet…

These feet ain’t pretty.

These feet support a body of strength, endurance, agility, and pain.

These feet have run well over the 50-yard line for those who are standing along the sidelines.

These feet oh these feet, AIN’T PRETTY

These feet have danced the rhythm of Reds and blues.

These feet have been stepped on, scratched, and bruised.

These feet oh these feet, AIN’T PRETTY

These feet sometimes get tired, sore, and swollen.

These feet have crossed the unpaved roads of life’s deceit, danger and penalties.

These feet oh these feet, AIN’T PRETTY

These feet have walked the trail of tears, blood, and sweat.

These feet have tried to block, shake, and push back tackles from the defender

These feet would never punt blame or lies into the hands of another man

These feet always kick towards life’s end Zone

These feet may raise flags or require a time out but be sure these feet will try until they give out.

These feet oh these feet, may not be pretty but they sure as hell touchdown for the win
