Staying present is how I spend most days

As it’s the only reason I know what peace taste like

A free spirited, deep thinker

Whose passionate and ambitious

Optimistic and Authentic

Learning new ways to cope everyday

Yearning for adventure that financial freedom brings

Appreciating the small joys that simplicity brings

Approaching twenty five and feeling unaccomplished

Sprinting towards a never ending race to feel accomplished

Will I ever be satisfied?

A moment of joy can be robbed by pain in a moment's notice

There are no forewarnings

An endless rollercoaster ride

Dips that reach the pits of hell

Peaks that fly you into nirvana

Life

It’s amazing

Amazingly frustrating

Amazingly beautiful

As soon as you have it figured out

It’s time for a new lesson

Just as you’re about to give up

You’re given a new blessing

Man

How could you not be insane?

Just to be alive

And experiencing

Deflecting

And remembering

Protecting what is triggering

For the sake of not hindering

Yourself

Is insanity

We live in a humanity

Who is no longer humane

Blinded by pain

We are our own worst enemy

But grace is needed

We are rooted and deep seated

In a whirlwind

Of uncertainty

Just clues

And synchronicities

Revelations and epiphanies

To give us hope

For the impossible

And make peace

With the pain
