A poem

The fire began in silence

A spark against years of pain

Each betrayal stacked like timber

Each cruelty fed the flame

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I burned. Not by my choosing...

The world mistook me for wood

Their words were smoke that choked me

Their scars carved where I stood

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

From deep inside the inferno

I found defiance to keep

Alone I faced the ashes

What should have killed ran deep

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

When wings tore through the darkness

My eyes ignited bright

A sudden blaze of knowing

I was never theirs to fight

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

And through the blaze, love held me

My children’s laughter near

My husband’s strength beside me

Their voices cut the fear

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

From ruin I rose unbroken

not fragile, not torn apart

A phoenix crowned in fire

with molten scars for art

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I burned until the night was gone

My body forged in flame

From ash I rose unyielding

Reborn without the shame

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

The blaze that sought to end me

now questions if I'm sane

Its embers sculpted my feathers

There's no longer any pain

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

A testament forged from fire

From ruin’s edge, I spread my wings

From destruction, I found my power

A phoenix born of shattered things.

πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

The fire began in silence...

But now my voice is strong

From ashes I claimed freedom

And I know where I belong

The journey from silence to finding your voice is never an easy one, but you captured it's beauty in your poem. The transformation you have after you've finally had enough of putting up with mistreatment creates power within. 🧑πŸ”₯
