Permissibly plausible. Physically polished.
Prone psychosis. Palpable. Pure.
Poisoned.

Most recently seen in the Wonder Man series, the current incarnation of Damage Control seems to target superpowered individuals, regardless of whether that person poses an active or intentional threat.
