Don’t overdo anything.
Burnout is not worth it.
People will keep triggering envy
Don’t drown in the whirlpool of consumerism.
Our want has no limits,
our vulnerable body has.
Pause, rest, relax,
without qualms, without guilt.
Gaze at the bees, the cumulus clouds
Stretch legs, hum a tune.
Love yourself,
appreciate the imperfections
Don’t surrender yourself,
to the yardstick of others.
That’s your imagination, nobody cares
Do what your heart desires.
True, your relations want you to add value
But first, you preserve own health.
You wanted sunshine, but came rain
No worries, drenching is no less fun.
The life is a knotty, tangled puzzle
But pretty amazing too,
if you know how to handle it.
