Patience
takes hard practice;
recognize resistance;
resolve to always remember
the pause,
to breathe; observe,
rethink the reaction
and how to respond with grace.
The pause
will help vision,
refocus energy,
re-evaluate intentions.
The pause;
a reminder
that life is not a race,
but a journey of well-placed steps.
The pause
remembers now;
return to the moment.
Practice rests on commitment to
patience.

A gentleman long gone told me “always take a 15 min nap after lunch to maintain composure and patience.” The real problem started when I started skipping lunch. 😁 Great story. Love the format. 🥰
Take a deep breath & count to ten. You put it much better, KJ.
