If you’re good for each other, yes, it means that it’s better to stay patient with your partner than to be perfect.

The two characters are different in a way that they were raised in different surroundings and they have different points of view and characteristics.

There is always tension and it’s impossible to find an absolutely compatible partner; there will always be moments when you wish to quit, when you question the validity of your endeavor.

It is only possible if one is willing to spend much of their time patiently and gently dealing with this particular person.

I love you” is not the sweetest thing, but “I will not be angry with you now, and I will not get angry with you in the future”.
