Palpable quietness
Silence challenge
Silence is all he ever knew
In secret he hid his shame
Living within a cocoon woven from fear
Extricating himself became a violent storm
Now, like a butterfly is his metamorphosis
Candor his emancipation, liberation
Ecstasy in his right to uncloseted freedom!

Stillness...violent purple shades of shattered psyches
In colorful pieces they echo, splintered prisms of yesterday
Listen closely, as quiet whispers of broken love songs
Endless silence swirls, fingers to lips, lest it breaks the spell
Now awakens the dormant horror which lies beneath the surface
Can the monsters which lurk in heartfelt terror, still sleep
Even though a silent storm rages!

Not one but two masterful wordings woven into an acrostic form?? You introduced us to the idea that freeing ones self can become a violent storm, then you say speaking breaks the spell of a love song. Oh how you wrote every line with great care and calm, but the words break through like a wrecking ball.
