Paint Society in Hues of Lavender

Exploring identity and color in the 21st century

Lavender - a natural hue of purple - stains her nails with iridescence,

Rings adorn her fingers as she carries her heritage on the tips of her existence,

A BIPOC woman brought up to dismantle the patriarchy,

Resonating with the organic composition of the universe she treads her course,

Mindful and cognizant of the universal cues she heeds its call,

A journey not meant for the weary she braces to prevail,

To rise above the ridicule and subjection she pierces all recollections,

Painting the world with an unconventional shade of purple her lavender dreams flood a society of pastel connotations,

A calming aura filling the atmosphere in serenity and silence,

She renders solace in her solitude despite the mayhem of societal expectations,

A rebel in our wake.
