Caring without limits comes at a cost,
Lost and buried, you forget yourself.
Illusion of perfection, pretending,
Protecting what you thought was fragile,
Shadows start to shift, no more hiding,
Eyes open, a new dawn breaking on the horizon.

Camellia
piercing winter gloom camellia blooms softly such a lovely sight. In winter, in the arboretum and the yards in our region, camellias blooms. Camellia is a tea family plant with lovely flowers. In Japan, camellias have been painted very frequently. Here is one by me (watercolor).
