Our Season Is Gone, We’re Done.

No more, no more, are we.

Our Season Is Gone, We’re Done.

When you went away, I never begged you to stay.

For a thousand stars told me we had our day.

Life goes on, said the whispering wind,

As if it knew we were dead, we had sinned.

Under just one moon, we had our last kiss.

Who would have thought we would come to this?

Now the sunshine’s warm, but my soul is cold.

We’re telling of a tale of life before it went cold.

So let the rain wash our past away.

There’s nothing but dead bones, life eats our being away.

So winter snow froze our story in time.

once life was good, I was yours, you where mine.

We no longer fit each other, like an old glove.

Goodbye, goodbye, my past, shattered love.
