A poem

The scent of fermenting apples rises from the ground

Accompanied by the drunken humming of the bees.

Spotting a red orb half-hidden,

Grass gently brushes my knuckles as lifting it, I take a bite,

Savoring it’s sun-warmed sweetness.

Beautiful! To take something so ordinary and give it a touch of something otherworldly, that's real talent 😊

Love the majesty you derive from something as simple as picking up a fallen apple! Lovely, stirring work, as ever, Natalie!
